Regarding your preferred dates,

<from 1 October to 15 November 2025> is the autumn leaf colour period, so the minimum stay is two nights.

Please check the following policy before

you make your reservation.

- Check in : 15.00-21.00

(If you know you will be late ,please let us know in advance.)

- Check out : 07.00-10.00

(If you would like to check out early (before 7.00AM.),please let us know in advance.)

- We are required to keep a photocopy of the passports of all non- Japanese guests who do not live in Japan.

- The prepayment 30%(deposit) is a standard procedure that is required to confirm your reservation and ensure that the room is reserved for your dates.

- Child Policy : All children (up to 2 children/room) under 6 years of age stay FREE of charge when using existing bed.

- Pet are not allowed.

- Stay Nikko Guesthouse is a non-smoking accommodation.

We have designated smoking area outside.

- The guesthouse's building is wooden Japanese building, so please understand that noise travels easily.

- We can answer questions by phone, but we do not accept reservations by phone from overseas.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If cancelled or modified up to 21 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
***If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 100% will be charged.***
